One highlight of Grab & Go is its focus on convenience without sacrificing taste. However, it’s worth mentioning that recent customer feedback has raised concerns over food quality and service. Several reviews indicate issues such as cold deliveries, burnt items, and unappetizing presentation. As a food reviewer, I must emphasize that while the overall menu is appealing, the execution of these dishes sometimes falls short of expectations.
Despite the hiccups mentioned by patrons, there remains potential for Grab & Go to improve and offer a delicious, crowd-pleasing experience, especially with engaging dishes like the spicy BBQ Chicken Panini or the delightful Fresh Jam & Cream Scone. If they can address the concerns surrounding food quality and service, I believe Grab & Go could become a beloved spot for those seeking tasty and convenient meals.
For now, if you’re in the area or passing through, it’s worth giving Grab & Go a try. Call them at (147) 234-7287 to place an order and discover what you think. Just remember to keep your expectations in check based on the recent feedback while indulging in the variety they offer.

We ordered a breakfast burger, breakfast bun and portion of chips. Well the sausages in both buns were burnt on the outside and both eggs were dry. The burger itself was still pink and the chips.... The chips were one solid lump of burnt lump of potatoes. Never going to order again what a let down. Only thing good was the bacon in them and good service. Only given one star as could not put any less.

I have never had any complaints about the food here but since it has been taken over the service has been very poor. Online orders were prioritised over customers in store and you are made to feel like you are an inconvenience to them. After attempting to order two things that were clearly displayed on the menu and told they no longer do these items (only to see them still displayed over a week later) I finally decided on a panini. I didn't realise that they didn't come with chips until after I ordered so I asked them for a portion of chips only to be told i was pushing my luck!? Not in a friendly joke way either. The staff are often arguing among themselves and at one point they asked a gentleman what he would like only to tell him that they are not ready to take his order. I will not be using this place again any time soon and if you are in the area i would recommend using truly scrumptious across the road where the food is just as good, cheaper and the staff are friendly and have all the time in the world for you.
